This is actually the Halloween post (keep scrolling down for Chloe's birthday post)

Halloween was crazy this year! Wells has been going all over the country for dental interviews this past month and we decided that we would both go out to AZ for this one because it is one of the ones that we really would like to go to so we thought that we would be able to check out the area. We had a Halloween party to go to on wed so we planned our trip to AZ to be back by then. Well, we got caught in a snow storm and ended up running so late to the Hales' party. We were so late that we ended up leaving without our camera so we did't snap any pictures of us with our costumes on.. so sad... Chloe was a bumble bee and wells and I were Bee keepers.. We are going to dress up again later this week so we can have some memories... the be keeper costumes turned out to be soo cute... On Halloween day we decided to go to Cornbellys up at Thanksgiving Point and the Brockbanks came with us. It was so fun and Chloe had a blast... We had a great time... Here are some pics of Chloe in her costume and of course, at Cornbellys...
So precious!

Halloween and 1st Birthdays

It is official... Chloe is 1! Yay.. This has been an amazing year and I can not believe that it has gone by so fast. I remember people telling me that this year would fly by and I never really believed them. I was wrong... Not only was that the fastest year of my life but it was definitely the hardest, most challenging, and most rewarding year ever! I can not believe how in love I am with Chloe. She really is the joy in my life and I do not know where I would be without her. I often wonder now about how my life was before she was here and it just seems so small in comparison. I am so happy to be a Mom and love being able to experience everything all over again with a new sense of innocence. It is so great to see things through her eyes now. Its like I get to be a kid again... She is very healthy and still very big... the doctor always laughs when he sees her. She is at 99.9% in her weight, and length... the doctor always has to explain to me that a 99.9% for Chloe is really about a 115% because there computers do not project that high.. We just laugh and are just so thankful to have a healthy happy baby, no matter how big and chubby she is.. haha.. She still is not crawling and not walking... It is pretty nice because we still have not had to baby proof the house.. She has been in a forward facing car seat now for about 3 months... We actually thought because of her size that it was dangerous for her to continue to ride in her rear facing seat. She love, love loves to eat.. She will eat anything, at anytime. It really is her favorite thing to do. She talks ALL the time.. Her words are Ball, Balloon, Bird, Papa, (grandpa) Buzz, uh-oh, ba-bye, and various others that i just cant think of right now.. She loves to kiss, hug, blow kisses, laugh, smile, and have her Mamma hold her.. She is so sweet and happy all the time. She still sleeps 12 hours a night and still takes 2 naps a day that last about 2-3 hours. I do not know how I got so lucky but she really is just perfect. We just had a small celebration at Brick Oven for her actual b-day because her party is not until this sat the 7th. We just ate some yummy food and of course plenty of sweets.. After we went to dinner we went back to the Brockbanks and carved some pumpkins... We had such a great day! Here are some pics

Pupmpkin carving!!4 little pumpkins!! hehe!!
Chloe got some pretty cute clothes for her B-day!! her very first pair of jeans.. Aren't they cute??
I love that Chloe's Birthday is the day before Halloween. It is such an exciting time of year..
She was very fascinated by the balloon.. babies are so funny!
The whole family!
She loved the waiters singing to her!
Oh how Chloe loves her sweets.. She is just like her Mommy and Daddy!!

Summer 09

I finally got my camera out of the Brockbanks boat and now I have some pictures to post... I have some from our Cali trip, Salem Days, and Lake Powell... And of course some of Chloe...
We all went to California like I said in my earlier post, it was so fun. The girls and I just got free parking by flirting and it was hilarious... Disneyland is such a great place...Me and Chloe outside the park. She was so sleepy from all the activities but overall she did a great job...
I love, love, love this picture of Ryder and Chloe.. I always joke about how they will get married one day so I always ake pictures of the two of them together to use in their "wedding video" haha.. The best part about the picture is that they are the same size even though Ryder is over a year older than Chloe... haha... Chloe is just a little bit bigger than your average size baby.. cute though...
We were constantly trying to take pictures but it is incredibly hard with soo many kids around..
Here we are watching the fireworks.. It was really hard to get Jess in many pictures because now she has the two kids.. Sorry Jess. I am sad that you are not in this one...
This was in July. We entered Chloe in the Cutest baby contest in Spanish Fork and she lost.. Can you believe it?? I cant... Also, during the Fiesta Days festivities I had a booth at the craft fair to sell all my cute baby stuf. I actually did really well. I dont know is I will do it again though. I really missed out on all the fun stuff and I was really, really hot.. Thanks to everyone that helped me though, it was a much betyer experience.. I really loved seeing people buy the stuff that I had made.. Oh, and my Mom flew out just to help me finish everything. I could not have done it without her help.. She is the best...
Just cute Chloe.. She was eating some Cheerios. In this picture she was 9 months. oh how time flies...The whole family at the Salme Days fireworks show. We went with all our friends and had a blast. Wells cut his hair a few days earlier and I think he is so cute.. Im so lucky to have a guy that can sport any hair style and still be a hottie...

Just the girls at Salem Days... I really love my friends so much. I do not know what I am going to do without them when we live next august...The ONLY picture that I got from Lake Powell. I do not think that is cool at all. I mean, how many trips will we go on without a baby? I cant believe that I left my charger at home. Oh well, I guess at least I got one right??

Do I suck at this blogging thing or what... Geez...

Hello everyone, The Brockbanks are alive and well. I am sorry that I have not posted in some time I promise that I will get better but I thought that I would just leave a quick post to update everyone on the happenings in our little family and life. Dont be mad but we can not find our camera at the moment so there will probably be no pics of our little one... So sorry.. Okay, first things first, Wells has finally finished school and worked super dooper hard this summer studying to take the DAT (Dental assesment test) and well, kicked some serious butt doing it!! He got a 19 which is just a fabulous score and Chloe and I could not be more proud of him. He worked so hard and we might have complained a lot but really appreciate everything that he has done for us.... In June, Chloe and I, and the Hales', and the Higginsons, and Cassie all went out to Cali for a few days... We all stayed at my parents house and just had a total blast. Wells had to stay home and study :(... After Wells took his test in July we were finally able to breath and start to enjoy the summer... We went to Salt Lake for our anniversary and left Chloe for the first time with the Brockbanks... It was so nice to sleep in. The Brockbanks also lent us their houseboat for a week in August that we were able to stay at while my borther and his family watched Chloe... Again, super nice to sleep in... We had sooo much fun and really appreciated all the things that the Brockbanks had done for us... Other than going on vacations, swimming at the Peaks, and enjoying the festivities of Spanish Fork in July we really have just been laying low key.... I started my very LAST semester of school a few weeks ago and could not be more excited to finally be done.. It has been a long time coming. My amazing hubby let me quit my job so I could just focus on Chloe and school and he is just going to work as a salesmen for a few months before we leave to go to Dental School. (who knows where) Now, onto more important things... Chloe, the absolute joy in our lives... She is almost 11 months old now and is just at the best age. She now weighs 25 pounds and is super tall. She can give kisses, blow kisses, clap her hands, give hugs, and yes, she can FINALLY bear some weight on her legs.. Ha ha... She is still not crawling or even rolling over much but we figure that is okay cause once she gets mobile I am sure that it will just be the end of my life... haha... She will eat anything and everything that she can get a hold of and if you think that you can get anything (food that is) past her you are seriously mistaken. Her hair is just growing, growing, growing and I absolutley love it. It is starting to flip out and lighten up and she has these beautiful big eyes with 6 teeth that all have some serious gaps in them. But we just think it adds some serious charecter... Life is good and we could not wish for anything more. We are now just waiting for acceptance to dental school and we will officially have a plan but until then we are just going to have to wait which is alright with us... We have great friends, and family and for the time being we are just so thankful to have our little family. I promise that I will post some pics as soon as I can find my camera...
